Who We Are

We live in rural Manitoba on a mixed farm of horse, cows dogs, cats chickens, and children!  We are a homeschool family that love what we do!  Many a puppy has learned to read or figured out their math facts with our children!  :)  Countless projects on training have been researched and "tried out" on the dogs!  They join us for our family time at the pond out back too!  They are a part of our world.

We love to invite others into our world as well.  Currently, we have a young man from our community come out and play with our puppies.  This young man has high functioning autism, but the puppies don't seem to notice.  They just enjoy the walks, cuddles and naps that they take on his lap in the sunshine and the warmth he has in his heart for them!  It's a joy to have him love our dogs!

We even have been able to take some of the parents to a local college during exam time, to help de-stress the students.  It was wonderful to see the smiles on the student's faces as they saw our dogs wagging their encouragement.

We work closely with our vet, Dr. Olsen at South-East Vet Clinic in Steinbach.  She know our dog-parents and sees all our puppies!

Our History

It all started with a call and a question, "Would you like Molly".  Molly was a chocolate lab that was looking for a home, my husband and I said "yes" immediately, and I was smitten with my 2nd love (my husband being the first - I have to say that because he's reading this) and Molly was our girl. 

She was a part of our family, watched our kids arrive and grow.  And then after a long time, Molly was no more.  We grieved and missed her dearly.  However, in time we needed another Lab - child companion, watcher over my husband as he worked with our horses, greeter at the door.

Every chocolate lab reminded me of Molly.  We needed the same...but different. 

Silver, Charcoal and Champagne was OUR answer.

We searched all over North America, finding the best dogs for our family and our breeding program.  We are proud of who we get to live with and love - as a part of our daily life at our ranch!
